Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Real Estate Sales position. The Real Estate Sales associate will be responsible for managing client portfolios, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Daily tasks include customer service, handling inquiries, and providing real estate consulting. The role requires staying updated with market trends, developing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through post-sales services.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to sales
• Minimum 6months of prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
