As a Real Estate Sales Personnel, you will play a key role in managing customer service interactions, facilitating real estate transactions, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include promoting properties, conducting market research, and matching clients with suitable real estate options. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Real Estate License, proficiency in Real Estate market knowledge and Real Property management, strong sales skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets. Additionally, familiarity with the Pune real estate market, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field are preferred qualifications for this role.
