Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Manager in Dubai, your role will involve generating leads and interacting with customers effectively. You should have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a developing or broking house. Your proficiency in English and presentable appearance will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads to expand the customer base - Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree - Minimum 1 year of experience in broking real estate, real estate sales, lead generation, negotiating contract terms with suppliers/vendors, and executing projects Please note that being a local resident of Dubai is a mandatory requirement for this position. Your ability to reliably commute or relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, if needed, is preferred.
