Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to handle property sales, achieve revenue targets, and build strong client relationships. The role involves driving sales performance, closing deals, and ensuring smooth sales operations in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned property sales targets within set timelines. Develop and execute effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial projects. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and corporate clients. Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalization. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales approaches. Prepare and present sales performance reports to management. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong network within the real estate market. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales
