Roles and Responsibilities • Sales Manager • Explain the customers about the products, Properties, its features and benefits. •  Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. • Coordinate and participate in client visits to properties, providing expert guidance and advice on property features, pricing, and market trends. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and exceptional service experience. •  Arrange and conduct client meetings to discuss property options, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. •  Effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties and services, addressing any client concerns or objections to facilitate successful transactions. • Identifying opportunities for greater profits. • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the company • Attending clients at site and Converting leads into prospects to generate revenue for the company. Delivering and sustaining revenue and profit gains within highly competitive Real Estate market.     Desired Candidate 1. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. 2. Strong sales negotiation & communication skills. 3. Leadership quality 4. Must be a good team player 5. Must be a good communicator 6. Decision Maker
