Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager - Real Estate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential sales (apartments, flats, and villas) and a proven ability to manage client relationships, achieve sales targets, and generate revenue through property sales.

This role involves end-to-end sales management, from converting leads and conducting site visits to negotiating and closing deals. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling clients professionally while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert potential leads for residential real estate projects (flats, apartments, and villas).
  • Handle the entire sales process – inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and real estate developers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide clients with guidance and assistance in purchasing property.
  • Keep updated on the latest market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales (flats, apartments, or villas).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary:

  • Competitive salary with high performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
