Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join a reputed real estate firm in Mohali. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales within the Tricity region and should be well-versed in handling direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close leads from walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, and channel partners.

• Handle face-to-face meetings, client presentations, and project walkthroughs.

• Onboard, manage, and engage with a network of channel partners to drive consistent bookings.

• Coordinate site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitive projects, pricing, and buyer behavior.
