Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Lead for our Real Estate Sales division. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents, ensuring that sales targets are met and that the team operates efficiently and effectively. The role combines leadership, sales strategy, and customer relationship management to drive the success of the sales team in a dynamic and competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for individual team members and the team as a whole.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance team performance and skills.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to track progress, provide feedback, and address challenges.
Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Sales Performance & Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
Monitor and analyze the team’s sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Guide team members in the prospecting, qualification, and closing of deals.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to adjust strategies accordingly.
Report regularly on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
Client Relationship Management:
Oversee high-value or complex client transactions to ensure successful outcomes.
Assist team members in resolving difficult client issues or escalations.
Maintain and build relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and other industry stakeholders.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Ensure that team members are following company processes for lead generation, CRM management, and sales reporting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including deal status and customer information, using the company’s CRM software.
Prepare reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market conditions for upper management.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transaction processing and client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with other departments, such as legal and finance, to resolve issues related to sales.
Market & Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date on real estate market trends, including pricing, zoning laws, and new developments.
Ensure the team is well-versed in property listings, features, and benefits to effectively sell properties.
Performance Management:
Set performance benchmarks for sales agents and track progress against goals.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to drive results.
Implement incentive programs to motivate the sales team and recognize top performers.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years in real estate sales. Open market sales experience.
Leadership: Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Real Estate Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, property types, and regulatory requirements.
License: Valid real estate license (if required by the region).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience in luxury real estate or commercial real estate sales.
Bilingual skills (if relevant to the region).
