Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth, building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the team to develop strategies for client acquisition and deliver solutions that meet their goals.
Qualifications
Strong abilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Proficiency in Account Management and client relationship building
Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues
Understanding of business strategies and goal-setting processes
Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
