Job Title: General Manager – Sales (Real Estate)
Location: Kharar, Punjab
Salary: ₹85,000 – ₹1,00,000/month

About the Role: We are hiring a strategic and experienced General Manager – Sales to lead our real estate sales operations in the Kharar–Mohali region. The ideal candidate must have a strong Channel Partner (CP) network and proven team leadership experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales targets across residential and commercial projects
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and deal closures
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution
• Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong CP network in Kharar–Mohali region
• Proven team leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
