Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing sales. You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent residential or commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, and lead generation Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties Schedule and conduct property tours, open houses, and site visits Negotiate contracts and ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout the transaction process Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Coordinate with internal teams, property developers, and legal teams as needed Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
