Job Overview:We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate team. The role involves promoting and selling residential/commercial land in the Bihta region, developing client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, and digital outreach. Present and promote company projects to potential customers with confidence and clarity. Conduct site visits with clients and provide all necessary project information. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met. Stay updated with local market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably land/plot sales). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Basic knowledge of real estate laws and documentation is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates from Bihta/Patna or nearby areas will be preferred. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
