Job Description – Real Estate Executive

Job Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday Off)
Position: Real Estate Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers and investors to understand their property requirements.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
• Provide clients with information about available properties, pricing, and market trends.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections with clients.
• Negotiate deals and assist in closing property transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (Western Mumbai market experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good Knowledge of real estate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
