About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in client calling and handling site visits in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and ready to work on field leads in the Mumbai Central region, while reporting to our Thane office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound client calls.
• Scheduling and conducting property site visits.
• Explaining project details to clients and converting leads into sales.
• Coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth customer follow-ups.
• Maintaining proper documentation and CRM updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably real estate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client calling and site visits is a must.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
