Real Estate Sales Executive (Pune )

Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our residential sales team in Pune West. The candidate will work on qualified leads provided by the company, make outbound calls, conduct site visits, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with assigned leads provided by the company.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients.
• Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly.
• Assist with documentation and ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Meet individual monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Should be familiar with Pune West areas like Wakad, Baner, Hinjewadi, etc.
• Willing to travel locally for site visits.
• Should be based in Pune or ready to relocate.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.

Work Location:

Office in Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
