Real Estate Sales Executive / Telecaller

As a member of the sales and teleperformance team at Sukoon Property, your role will involve handling inquiries, reaching out to potential buyers, and assisting them in choosing the perfect property. You will be responsible for: - Handling inbound and outbound calls to potential customers regarding property inquiries. - Understanding customer requirements and providing detailed information about Sukoon Property's projects. - Generating leads and scheduling property site visits. - Following up with clients and maintaining a strong client database. - Supporting the sales team in achieving targets. - Providing timely feedback and updates to the management. - Maintaining professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A customer-focused and persuasive personality. - Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus. - Ability to work under targets and deadlines. - Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is preferred. Your performance will be measured based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including: - Number of calls made per day. - Leads generated and converted into sales. - Client satisfaction and follow-ups. - Contribution to monthly sales targets.
