Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, guiding them through the property selection process, and closing sales. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a passion for client service. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct client meetings and property site visits. • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape. • Maintain and update client records using CRM tools. • Collaborate with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders. • Support clients through the post-sale process and documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in any field. • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset. • Strong knowledge of local property markets is a plus. • Must be open to field work, client meetings, and weekend availability. • Vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
