Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to handle residential property sales, manage site visits, follow up with leads, and close deals. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Generate and handle sales leads from walk-ins, calls. Explain residential projects, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients for property walkthroughs Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of leads and sales Coordinate with Managers Assist clients with booking forms, KYC, and basic documentation Stay updated on project details Requirements & Skills: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused and result-oriented approach Ability to work on weekends and holidays (as required for site visits)
