Roles and Responsibilities Manage residential sales projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting project goals. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote properties and drive sales growth. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient property management. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (residential sales, property sales). Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, including current trends and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidate will get incentives on every successful sale.
