Real Estate- Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Pleasant personality with client-handling skills.
• Freshers passionate about sales in real estate are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Gurugram/Delhi NCR real estate market will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.53 - ₹35,000.39 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon City, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
