Sales Executives

• Generate and manage new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
• Convert incoming leads into successful sales.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Keep accurate sales records and update CRM systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
