Core Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and digital follow-ups. In Noida’s active market, maintaining a high conversion rate from initial inquiry to site visit is a primary performance metric.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals specifically for residential and commercial projects in high-demand zones like Sector 150, Sector 142, and the Yamuna Expressway.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct regular research on local industry trends and competitor activities, particularly focusing on new Mumbai-style redevelopment policies and the impact of the Jewar Airport on land prices.

Skills Required

• Negotiation & Closing: Essential for finalized deals in luxury societies such as Cleo County or ATS Pristine.
• Local Geography Knowledge: Deep understanding of specific Noida sectors (e.g., Sector 62 for IT, Sector 150 for luxury) to provide accurate investment advice.
• Communication: Fluency in Hindi and English is a standard requirement for effectively explaining complex property benefits to a diverse client base.
