As a Real Estate Sales Associate at Ebase Infratech Pvt. Ltd., a channel partner of top developers in NCR, you will play a vital role in driving property sales and providing clients with a seamless experience from inquiry to investment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Actively manage and convert leads provided by the company through various platforms such as calls, emails, and walk-ins. - Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties accordingly. - Coordinate and conduct property site visits with potential buyers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. - Stay updated with property listings, market trends, pricing, and developers' offerings in the NCR region. - Follow up with clients post-visit and handle the documentation process in collaboration with the legal and CRM team. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. **Qualifications:** - Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus. - 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a client-facing sales role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - High level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for real estate. - Own conveyance and willingness to travel for site visits within NCR.
