Real-estate Sales Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for actively seeking new sales opportunities through warm leads generated by social media campaigns. Your role will involve scheduling meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, preparing and delivering presentations on products and services, and creating regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Additionally, you will ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations, participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company, negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, and collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams, as well as coordinating with all sales team/Department for smooth functioning, will also be part of your responsibilities.
