Real Estate Sales Agent

We are a real estate developer offering premium villas and apartments in Goa.

We are hiring a Client Relationship Executive to handle inbound leads, build rapport with prospective buyers, and coordinate site visits. This role is a key link between marketing leads and on-ground sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Handling & Client Communication

• Call and connect with inbound leads only (no cold calling)
• Understand client requirements such as budget, preferred location, and timeline
• Explain basic project details clearly and professionally
• Maintain regular follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp

Site Visit Coordination

• Schedule site visits based on client availability
• Coordinate with internal sales and site teams
• Share visit confirmations, directions, and reminders
• Ensure smooth client experience before and after the visit

CRM & Reporting

• Update lead status accurately in Google Sheets
• Track follow-ups, site visits, and client responses
• Share daily and weekly activity reports with management

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in real estate, telecalling, or client relationship roles preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident speaking with premium / high-value clients
• Well-organised, disciplined with follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools
• Willingness to learn project details and sales processes
