Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate located in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include assisting clients with property buying, selling, and leasing processes. The role involves providing professional property consultations, conducting property market research, and maintaining excellent client service. Additional tasks include prospecting potential leads, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with real estate standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Bengaluru's real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
