Job Summary:

Real Estate Portal Listing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Create, post, and manage property listings on portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.
Upload high-quality images, property details, and accurate specifications.
Draft clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly property descriptions.
Regularly update listings to reflect current availability and pricing.
Monitor the performance of listings and generate reports (views, leads, etc.).
Coordinate with the sales team to collect property information and ensure listing accuracy.
Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads generated through the portals.
Stay updated with new features, promotional options, and trends on real estate platforms.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate portal listings or a similar role.
Hands-on knowledge of property listing platforms (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple listings and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of real estate terms and market trends.
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus.
Basic image editing skills are an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

SEO or online marketing knowledge
Experience in a real estate brokerage or builders office
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
