Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru South. As a Real Estate Investment Manager - Sales, you will drive property sales by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and presenting investment opportunities. Your responsibilities include maintaining long-term client relationships, assisting clients in property selection, developing sales strategies, and ensuring a transparent and exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and focus on achieving sales milestones and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property evaluations, and client needs assessment
• Sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and understanding property investments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in real estate sales or related industries is preferred
• Fluency in English and additional local languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable
