Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, offering tailored property recommendations, and guiding them through the entire buying process. The role involves regular follow-up with leads, conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining a strong network within the real estate market. Exceptional customer service, market knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Qualifications Excellent Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills Strong understanding of the real estate market and property trends in Bangalore Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Management applications Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally for property tours
