Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Consultant located in Pune. The Real Estate Investment Consultant will be responsible for providing investment guidance, conducting property assessments, managing client relationships, and negotiating property deals. Daily tasks include meeting clients to understand their requirements, researching property markets, preparing investment reports, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the property investment process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Real Estate and Real Property
• Experience in Sales and Negotiation
• Capability in providing Training and client consultations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
