As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pattem Digital, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate Sales, Channel Partner, and Non-IT roles. You will drive and execute bulk hiring initiatives for large real estate sales teams, collaborating closely with sales and business leaders to understand real estate-specific talent requirements. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through real estate networks, channel partners, referrals, and job portals, as well as conducting screening interviews to assess communication skills, sales acumen, and domain knowledge. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain a strong real estate talent pipeline to support ongoing business expansion.
