Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and investment opportunities.
• Promote company properties through site visits, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Handle client inquiries, provide project details, and arrange property tours.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) for seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate sales or business development (minimum 1 year preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Strong knowledge of the Indore real estate market is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience + incentives)
