Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Department: Business Development / Sales Job Summary: Visko Group is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market research, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals across the region. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry research, and referred Visko Group’s range of product ( e.g. tools, hardware, industrial goods) to potential clients, dealers, and distributors. Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. Generate qualified leads and convert them into profitable business deals. Visit clients and prospects regularly to pitch products and services. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new areas for expansion. Maintain and update sales reports, pipelines, and customer records in CRM systems. Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional campaigns. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Fresher- 1 years of relevant experience in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or channel sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven and target-oriented with strong problem-solving ability. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools. Fluency in Hindi and English; local dialects are a plus.
