Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

Location: Sector 150, Noida (Work from Office)

We are looking for a Real Estate Consultant who is driven, client-focused, and ready to work from our Sector-150 Noida office.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and help them find suitable real estate options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and competitor activities.
Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure of transactions.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or consulting.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Must be open to work from office in Sector-150, Noida.
