Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and help them find suitable real estate options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure of transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or consulting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Must be open to work from office in Sector-150, Noida.
