Ltd. is seeking a trustworthy, ethical, and dedicated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at our Corporate Park office in Noida Sector 142. This is a tele calling-based sales position with performance pressure, requiring excellent communication skills and a long-term commitment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads. Clearly explain project details, benefits, and investment potential to clients. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client interaction records. Follow up consistently to convert leads into site visits and sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. Ensure all client dealings are handled with integrity and professionalism. Required Skills & Attributes Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory). Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. High ethical standards and trustworthiness. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good listening skills to understand client needs. Prior tele calling or tele sales experience preferred (real estate experience is an advantage). Eligibility Criteria Immediate joiners only will be given preference. Candidates seeking long-term association with the company are encouraged to apply.
