Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team at Real Beez. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential clients, conducting property visits, and achieving monthly sales targets with attractive incentives.

Real Estate Channel Partner Program

Incentive Structure (Per Successful Sale)

• Up to ₹3 Crores – ₹1,11,111 per sale
• ₹3 Crores – ₹5 Crores – ₹2,22,222 per sale
• ₹5 Crores & Above – ₹5,55,555 per sale (applicable from the very first sale)

Role & Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-day training (Virtual / In-Person) to become market-ready
• Be available for one site visit every Sunday

(End-to-end sales, documentation, and closures handled by our expert team)

• Refer genuine and qualified buyers from personal and professional networks
• Attend weekly Google Meet reviews for performance tracking and strategy alignment
• Work flexibly from anywhere with seamless coordination
• Visit the Hi-Tech City office once a week for team huddles, collaboration, and on-ground support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month

• Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
