You will be joining Solitaire Realty, a prominent player in Mumbai's Luxury Real Estate Market with a rich experience of 14 years. Specializing in properties from Juhu to Colaba, we deal with buying, selling, and renting residential & commercial properties both in resale and under construction. As a Real Estate Broker in our team, you will be handling a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients in their property transactions, be it buying, selling, or renting. You will play a crucial role in negotiations, conducting market analysis, and nurturing strong relationships with clients to deliver top-notch customer service. Moreover, you will manage property listings and liaise with other real estate professionals for seamless operations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong brokerage and real estate skills alongside a proven track record in customer service and sales. A deep understanding of real property regulations and market trends is essential. Your effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities will be key in forging successful deals.
