As a Real Estate Broker cum Developer, your role will be full-time or part-time, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Noida, Gurgaon, or Goa, offering some work-from-home flexibility. Your primary responsibilities will include managing real estate transactions, overseeing property development, liaising with clients, conducting market research, and supervising property sales. You will engage in regular client consultations, negotiations, property viewings, and documentation to facilitate a smooth buying and selling process. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in real estate brokerage, market research, and client consultation. Additionally, expertise in property development, project management, and negotiation are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in utilizing real estate management software and tools is required, as well as a deep understanding of the local real estate markets in Noida. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, alongside relevant professional certification or licensing such as a Real Estate Broker License.,
