Real Estate Assistant

As an on-site sales executive at Riverwood Projects, a leading real estate company specializing in premium townships in North India, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients, conducting site visits, and facilitating sales closures at our flagship project, Riverwood Estate, a 25-acre plotted township situated in Kharkhauda near the IMT industrial zone. Your responsibilities will include attending and managing both walk-in and scheduled site visits, providing detailed information on plot inventory, pricing, and location advantages to potential customers, collaborating with the GM Sales and CRM team for efficient lead follow-ups, establishing rapport with clients to foster trust, and actively contributing to successful deal closures. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or site handling, with a strong emphasis on effective communication skills, particularly fluency in Hindi. Familiarity with the Sonipat/Kharkhauda area is preferred, and the ability to work on-site full-time, including weekends, is essential to excel in this role.
