We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agent or Broker with a passion for interior design and high-end residential properties. This role involves helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties with a strong emphasis on interior aesthetics, home staging, and design potential. The ideal candidate understands how to highlight property interiors and collaborate with interior design partners like Near Me Interiors to add value to every transaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate with a focus on well-designed and visually appealing interiors. Provide interior-based consultations to help sellers prepare homes for listing and to help buyers envision potential. Partner with interior design professionals to enhance property appeal and marketability. Conduct property showings, open houses, and staging walkthroughs with attention to layout, style, and presentation. Develop marketing materials with an emphasis on interior features and design upgrades. Stay informed about current design trends, real estate laws, and local market conditions. Maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, and design professionals. Manage property listings on digital platforms, ensuring descriptions highlight interior features and staging. Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing with professionalism and efficiency.
