Real Estate is a rapidly growing sector in India, contributing about 6% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline, aged between 25 and 40 years, and willing to work on a commission-based structure that offers unlimited earning potential. It is essential to have your own 2 or 4 wheeler for conveyance and be a native of the city for 5 to 10 years. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are crucial for this role. Experience in the Sales/Marketing/Service industry is preferred, and having 2 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate or BFSI Sector will be an advantage. Even homemakers with no prior experience in the field can be considered if they meet the basic criteria mentioned above. Basic computer and internet skills are preferred for this position.
