React.js/React Native Engineer

As a skilled developer, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and customer requirements to design optimal technical solutions using ReactJS and React Native. You will actively engage in technical and UX design discussions, contributing to documentation. Your role will involve developing high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code for both web and mobile applications. It is crucial to implement responsive design principles and ensure mobile-first development practices for an enhanced user experience. Additionally, you will focus on application security, performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Taking ownership of application deployment, rollout, maintenance, and ongoing support will also be part of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting and debugging issues across various browsers and devices will be essential as well. Continuous learning about emerging technologies and industry trends is encouraged to improve development practices and product quality. Collaborating effectively with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders is key to delivering exceptional user experiences. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach and clarity of thinking. - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and related tools is a plus. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams. - Exposure to backend technologies and DevOps practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
