For more than 50 years, Ralph Lauren's reputation and distinctive image have been consistently developed across an expanding number of products, brands and international markets The Company's brand names, which include Ralph Lauren, Ralph Lauren Collection, Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Polo Ralph Lauren, Double RL, Lauren Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren Children, Chaps, among others, constitute one of the world's most widely recognized families of consumer brands At Ralph Lauren, we unite and inspire the communities within our company as well as those in which we serve by amplifying voices and perspectives to create a culture of belonging, ensuring inclusion, and fairness for all We foster a culture of inclusion through: Talent, Education & Communication, Employee Groups and Celebration , Ralph Lauren is looking for an experienced, self-directed, and highly motivated developer with expertise in Composable Front End Technologies like React JS to join our dynamic team In this key role, you will be responsible for developing new age front end solution, which is part of RLs global Commerce platform You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and internal/ external development teams create seamless and innovative mobile experiences for Ralph Laurens customers , Develop and implement new user-facing features using React js Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalable development Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure smooth delivery Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices Participate in code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution Stay current with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends , Required Skills 35 years of hands-on experience as a React js Developer Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Deep understanding of React js and its core principles Hands-on experience with React js workflows (Redux, Flux, or Context API) Familiarity with ECMAScript (ES6+) features Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket Working knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have) Experience with TypeScript Knowledge of Next js or React Native Understanding of GraphQL and Apollo Client Soft Skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities fortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment Strong analytical and debugging mindset Proactive, eager to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
