React.js Architect

As a React.js Architect, your role will involve leading the front-end architecture and implementation of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a development team of at least 5 developers for a minimum of 3 years. - Defining front-end solutions, architectures, and implementing common design patterns. - Building scalable and performant web applications, optimizing performance through techniques like code splitting and lazy loading. - Implementing front-end security best practices to prevent XSS, sanitize input, and ensure secure communication with backend services. - Proposing and implementing front-end infrastructure components such as CDNs, asset optimization, and performance monitoring. - Working with modern front-end tooling including build tools, package managers, and testing frameworks. - Integrating React components within Chromium Embedded Framework and .NET Windows Forms applications. - Exposure to GraphQL and state management solutions for complex front-end applications. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 15+ years of overall experience with 5 years as a front-end Architect. - Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. - Strong knowledge of advanced React concepts like context API, hooks, and state management with Redux/MobX. - Experience with frontend security, infrastructure components, and front-end tooling. - Exposure to GraphQL and state management solutions. - Excellent communication, customer engagement, and team management skills. Note: Desirable to have US onsite experience.,
