As a React.js Architect at our company located in Manikonda, Hyderabad, you will be responsible for leading and directing the front-end development team to create innovative and scalable web applications. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and over 15 years of overall experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. In this position, you will leverage your 5 years of experience as a front-end Architect, including overseeing at least 2 end-to-end project architectures and implementations. You should have successfully managed a development team of at least 5 developers for a minimum of 3 years, demonstrating your strong leadership and team management skills. Your technical skills will be put to the test as you showcase proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (utilizing advanced concepts like context API, hooks, and state management with Redux/MobX), HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS). Additionally, your expertise in integrating React components within Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF) and .NET Windows Forms applications will be crucial for bridging the gap between web and desktop environments. As a React.js Architect, you will play a key role in defining front-end solutions, architectures, and implementing common design patterns while focusing on scalable and performant web applications. Your experience with performance optimization techniques, front-end security best practices, and front-end infrastructure components will be essential for delivering high-quality and secure web applications. To excel in this role, you should be familiar with modern front-end tooling, including build tools like Webpack and Babel, package managers such as npm and yarn, and testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library. Exposure to GraphQL and state management solutions for complex front-end applications will further enhance your capabilities in this position. While not required, US onsite experience is desirable for this role. Strong communication skills, customer engagement abilities, team management expertise, and negotiation skills will be valuable assets as you collaborate with various stakeholders and drive the success of front-end projects.
