React Team Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated React Team Lead to join our growing company. You will lead a team to design and develop high-quality software solutions for web applications and mobile apps using React. Responsibilities Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements. Lead and mentor a team of React developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features Oversee the development and implementation of web applications Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests. Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system. Create database schemas that represent and support business processes Manage user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments Ensure accessibility and security compliance depending on the specific project Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Knowledge of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5 and CSS3. Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workaroun Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Knowledge of AWS Experience with Node.js, Next.js, and other frameworks Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Experience with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. Familiarity with creating database schemas that represent and support business processes. Experience in optimizing output to match specific delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop.
