Job Title:

Role Overview

Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

Develop responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React (Hooks, Redux, TypeScript).
Build reusable components and integrate with RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
Ensure UI performance and accessibility across various devices and browsers.

Backend & API Development

Build scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot (Spring Data, Security, Cloud).
Develop middleware and server-side logic using Node.js (Express/NestJS).

Full-Stack Integration

Integrate frontend components with backend services via robust APIs.
Optimize performance across the stack (caching, lazy loading, DB tuning).

Collaboration & Delivery

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Implement unit and integration tests (Jest, JUnit, Mockito).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science or related field
3+ years
building production-grade React applications
3+ years
experience with Java Spring Boot microservices
2+ years
backend development using Node.js
Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and TDD/BDD
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred / Good to Have

TypeScript experience in both React and Node.js
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless (e.g., AWS Lambda)
Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, GraphQL, WebSockets
Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
