Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader/Project Manager specializing in mobile application development and web application developmetn to lead and manage our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality applications within set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile application development projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements.
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in React Native mobile application development.
• Strong knowledge of databases, including DBS and Mongo DB.
• Familiarity with other related programming languages like Python and frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven track record in managing successful mobile / web application projects.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
