Roles & Responsibilities Lead the integration of React Native with native iOS and Android features via bridging (custom modules in Java/Kotlin for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS). 1-6 years of relevant experience. Develop and maintain custom components adhering to design guidelines Guide and mentor junior developers (SDE1) in React Native best practices, clean code, and problem-solving. Participate in peer code reviews and adhere to code quality standards. Use tools like Fastlane, Expo, or React Native CLI to package and deploy apps for both iOS and Android. Optimize application performance (e.g., lazy loading, FlatList optimizations, minimizing memory usage). Must Have Skills React native Redux Kotlin would be a plus
