Product Release: Collaborate with product owners to define project requirements, scope, release plans, and success metrics.
Establish Standards: Set and adhere to technical standards, tools, and processes to ensure consistency across the organization.
Optimize Performance: Ensure optimal application performance, responsiveness, and scalability across different devices using various design patterns and architectural improvements.
Write Clean Code: Maintain and improve code quality by following best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring code is well-documented.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough Unit, UI testing, and debugging of applications to ensure high functionality and performance.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in the software development industry, particularly in React Native development.

Required Qualifications

Academics Engineering degree in computer science or Information technology
Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in React Native development with a strong understanding of UI / UX principles.
Certifications: A reputed certification in the space of mobile application development, such as Certified Mobile Application Developer (CMAD) or similar, is preferred.

Technical Skills

Core Expertise: Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript (including ES6+), TypeScript, CSS
Mobile Development: Experience with either iOS Native (Swift) or Android Native development, integrating these with React Native, and knowledge of platform specific capabilities on iOS and Android
Strong knowledge of CSS for styling and layout of applications
Knowledge of integration with third-party libraries, performance optimization techniques
REST API: REST API knowledge, document request model
Architecture Patterns: Proficiency in mobile architecture patterns or modular design
Tooling: Proficiency with Git or GitLab, Unit testing tools like Jest or Detox, CI/CD tools like Fastlane. Familiarity with BrowserStack, Figma, and Phrase will be additional advantage
